My name is Katharine Rowe. I am 18 years old. I was born in NYC, but I moved around a lot. I attend Brill. I usually make my own clothes and I had just been signed for my own label again. 'JLaws'. My power is seduction. I had used it before in my life, but it is pretty much pointless.
